Who are we? We are NeuroNYC, and our vision is to make New York the neurotech capital of the world. We bring together founders, researchers, clinicians, investors, operators, artists, and policymakers across the entire neurotech ecosystem; spanning BCI, neuromodulation, digital health, AI-driven neuroscience, and more.
Our goal is simple: build a high-signal, human-scale community that helps neurotech move from the lab to real-world impact.
🌷 March Recap
On March 26th, we convened in Times Square Tower for an evening at the frontier of neuroscience and AI, focused on Brain Foundation Models; large-scale systems trained on diverse neural data to capture and generalize brain function. Bringing together leading researchers and builders across academia and industry, the symposium sparked sharp discussions on scaling, generalization, and real-world deployment, from clinical diagnostics to BCIs. Credit to Margot Hanley and Peter Zhegin for creating one of the most intellectually vibrant rooms in NYC. This event is the launch of the Neuro AI initiative.
